At Ambassador Baptist Church, our standard is that we believe the people ought to dress to please the Lord. We realize that is a vague statement. What you will find at Ambassador Baptist Church is that the preacher will be in somewhat formal attire, but many of the congregants will be more casual. We do believe that we ought to strive to wear our best for the Lord, but everyone's standard of "best," may be different.

You can rest assured that all music at Ambassador Baptist Church will honor God. Music does not have to be old in order to honor God, but it ought to be holy. It ought to be music worthy of singing to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. A good rule of thumb is, if the song could be sung to a wife by her husband, it's a love song, and not appropriate for the house of God. Our sole intent with music is to prepare hearts for the preaching of God's word.

Yes, the restrooms at the Brown County Fairgrounds are clean, accessible, and freshly remodeled. They are conveniently located just across the hallway from our meeting space.

Ambassador Baptist Church is a brand-new church, starting in March of 2026. At the start, the children (other than nursery aged children under 3 years old) will be in our regular services. Pastor Rob will be having "Family Services" every so often, that will engage the children in service while still giving a solid Bible lesson for the adults. This is purposeful in order to harbor an atmosphere that the children are not "the future of the church," they are already a part of it. We want to encourage an environment where children's ministries are not an add-on, but an integrated part of what we do as a church. We strongly encourage you to keep up to date via the website. As we add children's ministries, we will update the website.

At Ambassador Baptist Church, we use the King James Version for all our preaching and teaching. We believe it is the infallible, inerrant, and perfectly preserved Word of God for English-speaking people.

I've got good news for you! At some point in every person's life, they've been able to make that exact same statement. As a matter of fact, at the age of 27 Pastor Rob had not been to church but a handful of times in his life. We encourage you to come, and if you are nervous or apprehensive about it, we'd be glad to have someone meet you in the parking lot, show you around, introduce you to some folks, and sit with you during the service if you'd like.
